Holiday consultant will be responsible for selling holiday packages, standalone hotels & flight tickets to our customers & achieve monthly/Quarterly targets. Also make new leads through repeat/referral channels & convert them into customers.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail travel company (B2C)
- Good command over English & regional language.
- Ability to speak to customers and understand their requirements for the holiday.
- Knowledge of Domestic & international destinations & Itineraries.
- Design a comfortable, personalized travel plan based on customer requirements.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Able to deliver the monthly & quarterly targets
- Ability to win the sales through good sales techniques.
- Ability to think out of the box & implement new ideas.
Qualification
Min qualification is graduation in any stream. Travel & tourism mgmt. graduate/post graduate are preferred.

- Depth Knowledge of Domestic & international destinations, Itineraries & pricing.
- Handling grievances & irate customers & able provide solutions.
- Managing operation & post sales person to maintain work timely.
- Weekly report maintaining, presentation skills & team meetings.
- Ability to think out of the box & implement new ideas.
