Job Responsibilities

Holiday consultant will be responsible for selling holiday packages, standalone hotels & flight tickets to our customers & achieve monthly/Quarterly targets. Also make new leads through repeat/referral channels & convert them into customers.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail travel company (B2C)
  • Good command over English & regional language.
  • Ability to speak to customers and understand their requirements for the holiday.
  • Knowledge of Domestic & international destinations & Itineraries.
  • Design a comfortable, personalized travel plan based on customer requirements.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Able to deliver the monthly & quarterly targets

Qualification

Min qualification is graduation in any stream. Travel & tourism mgmt. graduate/post graduate are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Supply & operation profile will be for the people who has prior experience in post sales profile in any B2C travel company. The person will handle the after sales profile who will coordinate with customers for payments, final voucher handovers, supplier coordination, negotiations & on ground customer handling & after sales feedbacks. Also responsible for new supplier on boarding, negotiations with the vendors, finding new vendors & good relations with all the stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Travel company (B2C & B2B)
  • Had prior knowledge on vendor management, vendor coordination, negotiations & on boarding new vendors.
  • Good command over English & regional language.
  • Depth Knowledge of Domestic & international destinations, Itineraries & pricing.
  • Good negotiation skills.

  • Able to upsale products by suggesting extra inclusions to the customers

Job Responsibilities

Incumbent will be responsible for managing sales & operation team, achieving monthly/Quarterly targets for the team. Managing, monitoring query vs conversions & always have to attitude to lead the team & over achieve the monthly/Quarterly targets. Also managing mistakes of the team & irate customers if any.

  • Min 5 years of experience & 2-3 years in required job role.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, action and deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly SEO numbers in terms of rank, traffic and leads. Deliver on the planned lead numbers across markets. Create a strategy that covers technical, content and outreach for the organic growth Keep track of the competitive landscape to integrate best practices across our products and sites. Work alongside the technical team for SEO issues and developments. Work with the content team to drive search engine optimized content across pages.

Key Requirements
  • Min of 3 years of experience in marketing profile in any service industry.
  • A travel company experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of travel related products, knowing about other travel companies & how they work.
  • Knowledge of digital marking & ATL & BTL activities.
  • Idea of conceptualizing creatives, banners & other promotional designs.
  • Coordination with tech team for website redesigning, SEO activities etc.
  • Knowledge of different marketing tools, designing software etc.
  • Ability to think out of the box & implement new ideas.
Qualification

Min qualification is graduation & graduation in marketing specialization will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

Handing visas of all the booked holiday customers, giving end to end support for visa related queries, giving correct & proper information to the customers, submission of documentations to the visa processing centres & also helping content team to upload visa related content on our website.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail Travel company (B2C)
  • Had prior knowledge on Visa documentation, submissions especially long haul destinations.
  • Good command over English & regional language.
  • Knowledge visa documentations, submission requirments of different countries, visa processing centre locations.
  • Highly trustworthy & person can manage his work very efficiently.
  • Able to provide correct & right visa information to the customers & handle critical visa cases.
  • Good relationship with industry colleagues & visa offices.
  • Multitasking & Time management.
  • Ability to think out of the box & implement new ideas.
